Multiple listings share the exact same “RLN16-410” name but ship genuinely different hardware inside.
Older hardware (labeled N2MB02) explicitly does not support 12MP cameras. Newer hardware does, and also adds Smart AI motion detection that the older version lacks entirely.
This has caused real, documented buyer confusion — people assuming any “RLN16-410” gets Smart AI detection, only to discover their specific unit’s hardware doesn’t support it.
